Customer service was great. I used this lamp almost everyday for three years and it started having an issue with the flashlight charging port. I was going to write it off but while looking for a new Coast headlamp, I noticed they had a lifetime warranty. So I sent note to customer service. All they asked for was a photo of my lamp on something printed with the date like a newspaper. As soon as i did a brand new lamp was sent and I was told to recycle my 3 year old lamp. So pleased.
