Cinnamon Apple Melt

This is what autumn smells like.

As soon as I opened the package, I was sent back into my childhood. There I was, sitting in a pile of freshly raked leaves, having just returned from apple picking and getting my Halloween pumpkins. There was a chill in the air, but it was still warm when you moved into the sun. The various shades of red, yellow, and brown leaves were just damp enough to release the very familiar calming sweet scent that blended perfectly with the freshly baked apple pies from the neighbor's kitchens. As I moved my legs, I could hear the leaves rustling underneath them. I could smell the walnut and oak trees from the backyard. My mom was calling me inside to help warm the apple cider so that she could prepare the spices and ingredients for her famous pumpkin pie. I loved those pumpkin pies. But, I didn't want to leave the smell of freshly fallen leaves. I thought about calling out, telling her that I was having too much fun. Somewhere, deep inside, I knew I had to leave, so I lingered, for just a moment more, before closing the package and returning to the present time. That is what this melt smells like. It smells like the autumn from my childhood.

When Glade stopped selling their mulled wine wax melts I was so sad as it was my most fav scent. Apple cinnamon is just perfect...it smells so good I will be buying back ups. I cant express enough how much I love this melt. Its such a comforting, warm, cozy scent❤️
