Its a beautiful chain and both the necklace and bracelet shine so cool in the sun, love the custom lock part where i can set it to a custom length on each section or i can add a pendant 🔥

I wish i knew what the product was like, and unfortunately, I probably won’t get to. I ordered this necklace and was sent an envelope with an empty box inside. When contacting customer support they told me it was basically impossible that it didn’t get put in the box and mailed to me because they weigh things going out to match what they weighed at packing. Well, yeah, if it was never in the box to begin with those weights will match. Long story short, they told me to take it up with my credit card company because they weren’t going to replace or refund. So I did. I will be telling everyone I know looking for jewelry to stay away.
