Solo Edition

The Solo Edition

AMAZING!!! Really helped me in a transition period of my life. Really made me think deeply about who I am, who I want to be, made me try new things and pushed me out of my comfort zone in a Really positive way. I have raved about it to everyone! Cannot rate it highly enough.

I have only completed a couple of the activities in the book so far, but have loved the concept and ability to be able to complete each activity in a different space (i. e. , outside, inside, cafes, home). I am excited to keep going on this journey of self-discovery
