It is more difficult for me to tell how much this supplement is helping me now. When I first started taking it, I thought it helped with joint soreness. But as I have been taking it for a few years now, age has increased the stiffness in my body. So, perhaps I would be more sore if I quit taking this supplement. I primarily take it because I have read that it is a good supplement to take.
