BUYER BEWARE: Free return promise is BS!. They advertise free returns; just email them and theyll send a prepaid label. They have no other contact info. But they won't even REPLY LET ALONE give us return instructions And they that ask for a review!!!!! Whatever happened to customer service? Weve sent email after email and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Not to mention the jacket doesnt fit and the snaps and zippers are corroded. Wow, this is mind blowing dont waste you're money you wont even be able to returm even though the advertise free retunrs
