Excellent customer service

We had a concern regarding our purchase. And more importantly we think that the fact that this concern may have been due not reading all the information on the website correctly. We spoke to two individuals on two different days, the second person was a manager. Both individuals were very nice, informed and helpful. By the end of the second conversation we were very happy customers. They answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Some of the questions required a little time for there to be an informed answer. The flowers are beautiful and I can’t believe how great they smell. And, the individuals in the customer support department really know their stuff.

I don’t know why there’s a picture of one. I got two I got blush rose and I got the red rose and I know it might be some money. It’s not cheap but it’s so gorgeous and it smells so good they irreplaceable.

The best customer service!

I ordered some roses that didn’t necessarily come in the correct way, I reached to customer service and a week later had new beautiful roses! The customer service was awesome and the roses are beautiful and smell amazing!
