My Experience of the 5 Minute Journal
I was skeptical but now I’m a 100% fan!! I’ve attempted journaling multiple times in years past and failed. The 5 Minute Journal changed that for me because it’s gives such clear guidance. It’s laid out in such an organized manner that it helps me create and follow a morning routine, a night routine that is different, weekly challenges, and fill-in-the-blank suggestions for what to write about that day. The detailed suggestions giving categories is what made it work for me. If I’m confused or disorganized where to begin, I just follow the prompts. It’s the first journal that has actually worked for me. As the saying goes: “It works if you work it” and my days and mood are happier and more peaceful since ordering the 5 Minute Journal. Karla N.

Better results than expected
The 5 Minute Journal has been an incredible addition to my day. Navigating bodily changes while being a working mother has been challenging. However, rearranging my mornings by switching out coffee and e-mail for herbal tea and journaling has increased my sense of calm and ability to take on the day.
