Fabulous service and product

First off the product was beautifully boxed with environmentally friendly wrapping with the pretty box that I’m using for my supplies for my new 9 mth old green cheek conures. When my hubby “surprised” me for Mother’s Day with a visit to my favorite pet store to get the babies I had been going to see for months, I was ill prepared for them! A couple lessons here! 1- don’t by birds on a whim for anyone 2- research and prepare carefully for them! Well we grab a cage on Facebook marketplace which luckily was good. And grabbed the food that they were used to eating. (Not good! All seeds). Then found Birdtricks by accident and binge watched learning so much. I got on their website and was excited to see they offered a sample box and ordered it immediately. It arrived quickly with wonderful toys that the babies loved. And started following the menus suggested and how to introduce them to fresh food and healthy pellets (which they love!!)and use the seeds for tricks! Genius!! Will definitely be ordering more from the toys to the feed for sure. Thank you Bird tricks for being there for silly’s like me. I’m learning so much!!
