Wicked Sister

She arrived to me healthy and initially battled a small amount of black spot. It’s been a very wet and humid spring here in Illinois. She recovered well and is shooting up a healthy amount of new growth.

My Wicked Sis rose arrived in oerfect conditions.

The plant arrived as promised, trimmed down to just the stems, no leaves. We planted it within a couple days of delivery in an area that gets a lot of sun. I water all of my plants twice a week as we are in a very dry part of Texas. Normally, I water my new plants more often, but I followed the Emporium’s instructions about not overwatering this one. So I just kept it on the same schedule as my established plants. Within about a week, it already had new leaves sprouting. Now about a month later, it is full of leaves and new growth. I am thrilled with this purchase and can’t wait for it to bloom! I will definitely be ordering more roses from antique rose Emporium.
