I feel like they all are doing what they should as far as distribution of supplements (in other words I don’t have hot flashes or have night sweats very much, as I had with taking a pill supplement before switching to these), and cutting back on the number of pills I have to take in a day is great! I like the clear ones but they don’t seem to stick as well so I will likely only get the white ones from now on.
