Worm Castings

This product is superior for helping plants begin to develop within the soil more quickly as it aids in the development of a supportive structure for the roots and the plant. For example, I ordered 10 slips of sweet potato. I set them in water when I got them and their Roots perked right up as well as their leaves. Then when I planted them after I had dug the hole, I dipped each root system into the worm castings. I've never had a crop respond so enthusiastically to my sometimes spotty maintenance. I'm going to have sweet potatoes this fall! I trust that it was the worm castings that have made the difference. I intend to use it as a top dressing around existing plants, just as an aid to the improvement of the soil and support of the plants. I would recommend this to anyone who cares about their soil as well as their plants.

My garden is totally NEW with adding the Elm Dirt products. Plant Juice and Bloom Juice are immediate results (within 24 hours). I have 21 Geranium pots which some are 8 years old and still bloom all year round. I have an unheated Sun Room and I bring in all my potted plants including 10 Herbs in pots in winter months (I live in Amarillo, TX). With amending the soil with worm castings twice a year is also very helpful as I don't re-pot anything.

So far my flowers are thriving. The rest I have saved for planting vegetables in my garden. Will be mixing in to the holes as I plant. Then using plant juice to water with.
