My item was not delivered. Your policy that once USPS says it’s delivered is something that even Amazon doesn’t. You are afforded a refund or in the very least substantial communication from customer service. They also put in a claim with USPS since the item was insured prior to me being able to put in a claim. So they are refusing responsibility and a refund but are attempting to get the insurance on the missing package. Never ever shopping here again. Absolutely terrible service.
