The superworms showed up basically mummified and extremely smelly, but the other type of worm I ordered that was packaged in the same box were fine. I reached out to Symton about this, and have not heard back except for this email prompt to submit a review.

100 supers DOA

Not buying super worms here again. All 100 DOA. Got them on 7/2 and when I glanced at them on arrival there was no squirming so I thought maybe it was too hot for them in the delivery truck and they need to cool down to room temp. So I left them be. Opened them up on 7/4 to give treats to my beardies and all the worms are dead. Not a single wiggle. It was a hot spell we had here in Florida that week and when I was placing my order ice packs were out of stock. So maybe it was the high temps that got to them. When I contacted customer service I got 25% coupon code that cannot be combined with any other discount. Not really fair solution, but that’s what I got…

The package kept getting pushed back for delivery. When they came today, probably 80% of the worms are dead and it stinks.
