You are assuming that I have a smart phone that I can scan the QR code to get instructions, I do not. I would like the printed instructions sent to me, or in an email that I can get printed out. The box came fine, the product seems of good quality, but I need instructions. It has been 40 years since I made sauerkraut and my memory is not that good, lol.
