My experience with several kettlebell orders has been, any weight over the 26 lbs kettlebells are going to come in damaged. Marks on them at least. The heavier the kettle, the worst the damage. Customer Support does not respond to phone calls nor emails.

I absolutley love it! Innotice quality when using.

Weights are great design and will make for an excellent tool for my exercises.
