I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid an extra $44 for next-day delivery, but the flowers arrived 4 days later. Before I placed the order, I was assured that they would be delivered the next day, but that promise was not kept. I tried contacting customer service after the delay, and no one responded to my messages. They were very responsive when making the sale, but not when there was a problem.

For the money I paid for this bouquet, I was really disappointed when it arrived with all the rose petals cracked. I'm not sure if the weather was an issue when trying to ship them, but they smell wonderful and still look beautiful.
