These really help make some of these moves a little easier, especially with on carpet.

Love it! I’m glad I finally got these sliding disks bc they really do come in handy doing these workouts. Every time I get something from Team Lashae, I feel like I’m catching up to my goal of 150 lbs. I’ll treasure these gifts of fitness & never give up. Like coach says, “With Challenge comes change.” And “DON’T QUIT!” Onward to victory!
