They sent me a Chinese knockoff called a "Leisure Sprot Case." What on earth is that?! I sent them a message demanding a refund. Still waiting to hear back. The thing they did send is deplorably cheap with absurd design flaws.

I absolutely LOVE the handle and stand components! Slipping my hand into the handle to support the iPad’s weight as I’m relaxing and scrolling is just so comfortable! I can rotate it to any angle and my new big iPad feels light and secure. The stand has made it a true computer work station. Zooms are much easier. Hands free recipe reading and knitting pattern reading are big bonuses, for me! I feel much better allowing my grandsons to use this fancy, bulky, heavy iPad with this well designed protective case. Customer Service has been excellent!
