I have emailed this company twice with no resoonse my seat sac was defective and was missing a strap which made it useless . Very dissatisfied.

Not as big as advertised or shown in commercials. It's smaller for smaller babies but shown with larger older special need kids. Does not work for us

So easyvto use Light and easy to carry along
