I have tried dozens of different proteins over the years. None come close to Gruppo Raw. Hands down the best. Not gritty at all. I mix it into everything -- waffle mix, bread flour, smoothies, the list goes on and on. Adds protein without changing the flavor of the dish. 5 stars!
