I love my soulmate and toe spreaders! The soulmate is brilliant for balance and exercising your feet, I’m really surprised by the range of things you can do with it. The videos are well paced and clear, and the progress system is motivating. I used to get foot cramp and my balance was poor but both have definitely improved in a short amount of time. Thank you!

Brilliant l am feeling better with my feet and feel that my ankles are a lot stronger, its a brilliant thing l love it and l am doing it daily even for a few minutes

I purchased the sole mate bundle even though I have been wearing barefoot shoes for years. Even though my foot strength and mobility had improved by default I felt i was missing specific drills to further improve my foundation. In no time the whole family was trying to balance on the Solemate and pick up the bean bag. Great products.
