Flor de Sal

Talk about being the salt of the earth.

I love this condiment. As a finishing salt it is the perfect compliment to the steaks or pork chops I make quite frequently. I mean I still spice my steaks and such accordingly. But the addition of this finishing salt really sets it apart and gives an excellent flavor to the meat. I highly recommend it. It is delicious!!
