Traveling the world in the Daily Driver Pants

I travel to remote areas of the world for business, and I need a pair of pants to wear for world travel, harsh and dirty jobsites, and for business meetings in the business districts of capital cities. The challenge is I travel a lot on small prop planes, and they only allow you to bring 20 lbs including the weight of the luggage. I need pants that serve multiple purposes. I just completed a trip through Africa that took me to 5 different countries and the Teren Daily Driver Pants worked perfectly for me. I just purchased another pair.

Some awesome pants

Nice fabric with a little stretch, so they’re super comfortable. I hope the material is durable but I can’t yet attest to that. The weight is light so I imagine I can wear these from 50F to 80F. It’s a flattering tapered cut that my wife complimented on three times on the first day I wore them. For suggested improvements, I’d love a mid thigh pocket for a phone (with a zipper). The front pockets are all in front of the hips and can look bulky. My other suggestion is minor but I don’t get the magnetic closure. It’s nice to let them dry on a metal shower rod but I fail to see another benefit. I’d be just as happy with a metal rivet or even a simple button. I had to wear a belt with them & that keeps the magnets together so there’s no waistline give. Minor, as it does work, but seems gimmicky. Overall, I love the pants and find I can wear them everywhere. They’re comfortable and look at home at the office and on the trail.

Great looking and fit.

It doesn’t get better. The magnetic clasp and trim fit make for a very comfortable and well fitting pair of trousers which can go from casual to dressy both.
