Damaged Product

First let me say that I really like the products that I have purchased from Riverside Designs. With that being said the large palm tree that I recently received was damaged…..a replacement was sent and that one was also damaged just not as bad. Customer Service offered to replace yet again, but I declined. Packaging and shipping needs to be reviewed when shipping anything that could possibly bend. I am pleased with Customer Service and would not hesitate purchasing again.

Gorgeous Addition

These palm trees are an amazing addition to our walkway. Warm and inviting, they are GORGEOUS!
