Great Quality

I took a chance and bought these during the end of year sale. These weapons are of great quality and the detail is great. I have to say, for what I paid, these were a great buy. I do want to say, there were some items in the bag I couldn’t identify & the help documents found on the site were of no use. I contacted customer service & they got back to me initially asking for photos to help me, but I haven’t heard back & it’s been quite some time. It’s been way more than 5 business days & I followed up too, but no luck and no answer. Product is great, but the customer service can use some work.
