I received only 5 pairs out of 6 pairs I ordered. I have been told that I will be receiving a $12 credit. I am still waiting for the credit. Please send the amount.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would! I’m being completely ghosted by customer service while stuck with slides so massive they belong in a giant’s house.Did everyone over there go into witness protection? I didn't order playground equipment; I ordered normal slides! Stop playing hide-and-seek, answer my emails, and fix this colossal mess. Absolutely do not buy from this company unless you love being ignored!

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered 7.5 but was sent an 8. Reached out multiple times to the company. No response. I ended up having to give the shoes away.
