Boucle très jolie. Je l'ai réceptionné un peu tordue. J'ai interrogé le service client qui a été vraiment top et qui m'a expliqué comment la remettre droite afin de pouvoir la fermer. Malheureusement je pense que cette manipulation a endommagé le placage car celui-ci s'est effrité au niveau de la tige. J'avais commandé deux autres boucles qui n'ont pas eu cette problématique et dont je suis très contente.
