Elements Waterproof Jacket - Eucalyptus

Keeps me dry, and the colour is divine! I also love the brand's ethos and purpose. I wish it had wrist cuffs because the sleeve elastic is quite loose, so they slip over my hands and I've ended up with water up my arms. The sizing video showing different heights was super helpful. I'm 153 cm (just under 5'1"), and the jacket sits mid-thigh on me. I’m normally a AUS/NZ size 10 in clothes that are built with curves in mind, or up to a size 14 if they’re not. I decided to go with a large here and it justtt fits over my hips and bust, but has lots of room in the shoulders, waist etc. If you're petite and curvy and want to layer underneath, I'd recommend sizing up. The fabric is also quite thick, stiff and noisy, so it may not suit you if you’re sensitive to sound - I know some people who find it overstimulating. I also find the zip a bit fiddly. Overall, it's a great jacket and I definitely recommend, there’s just a few things I think could be improved - 4.5 stars!

Best jacket ever

I have researched so many raincoats I got dizzy. I knew what I wanted and kept coming back to Amble. The Elements jacket was the one I chose. I was worried about it being tight over my hips but I need not have worried. The size chart was a great help and it fit perfectly. Green is my fave colour so that was an easy choice. I’ve worn it many times now in the cold, wind and rainy winter conditions in South-west Vic. A perfect jacket made for a woman’s body. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I need

This rain jacket is exactly what I need right now! It has all the features I need- deep side pockets and secure inside pocket, that fits my phone. It has a front zip that can open from the top or bottom, underarm zips to keep you cool, and is a gorgeous shade of green. Most importantly, it is completely waterproof! The hood is deep and can be secured in windy conditions. The cut and size is generous and I feel fully protected. It has rained here for nearly a full 4 weeks and I have a young dog so I’m always out walking. No problem! I am comfortable and dry and feel very smug in my raincoat. Thank you Amble
