I am really finding the DoubleUP roller to be useful for my sciatic issues. For the most part, it is very easy for me to use (but I am a bit of a klutz!). My husband is also finding it to be very helpful for his planter fasciitis. We are glad we made the purchase & are thinking of adding another roller. I am 73 and have never had such leg issues before but standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time are getting more difficult which is why I have A LOT of hope pinned on the DoubleUP roller! Great for quads, hamstrings and calves, achilles and arches. Its kind of awkward and marginally affective on glutes, biceps and forearms
