Excellent customer service and product
From the first email I sent to Steven with questions about the product, he was on top of things and assisting me in the best way possible. The order arrived quickly and well packaged, and I've been enjoying the plate ever since. One of the balls started leaking air quite quickly (Steven attached an extra ball with the oder which doesn't have any problem after a couple of months) and when emailing Steven about it he sent two spare ones free of charge. Lastly, the plate itself is very rigid and does it's work like it should. Steven thanks again for everything!

Stellar product
