I use a sleep patch nightly and it has worked well for me. Patches don’t upset the stomach like pills do.

We still had to use our sleep pill with it. So I would not recommend. Would like a sleep patch where we would not have to use anything else and not have to use so many to get what we needed to sleep

I think the idea is great, but these patches did not work for me. I found it made my sleep worse. not better.
