Same as conditioner. I use small amount of shampoo and wash my scalp then wash it through the rest of my hair. The conditioner I use a small amount rub it through my hair then rub whats left onto my scalp

Best shampoo for menopausal oily scalp

Menopause has wreaked havoc with my hair and I have tried so many different shampoos for my oily scalp, but dry ends. This is hands down the best shampoo I've ever used. Gentle, but a really good clean on the scalp. I did try the volume shampoo from a bit hippy, but keep coming back to this sensitive formula. The matching conditioner is also really great on my ends. A bit too rich for the scalp, but find I go through more shampoo. I like to but the shampoo in bulk, and the regular size conditioner and that lasts me ages. On my 3rd refill pack now. Overall, very happy with the product and anticipate I will use for the foreseeable future.

Sensitive shampoo

I love this shampoo!! I have Hashimotos which has caused my scalp to become very sensitive. Most shampoos leave my hair itchy and flakey but this one sooths and nourishes my scalp. It also leaves my hair feeling clean and nourished.
