A New Beginning

I just started a plant based diet after being diagnosed with pre diabetes. The silicone baking mat was recommended to use. This one was highly recommended. I am extremely happy with this purchase as it works very well.

Great quality mat

This is a great quality mat that should last years if cared for properly. It's a US half size perfect for half sheet pan. Perfect for rolling out dough or cutting cookies and worked beautifully baking them. No additional oil needed and no tossing parchment paper away. It's dishwasher safe and freezer safe and safe up to 446 degrees F. My cookies baked beautifully on this mat and it was perfectly non-stick, they came up with ease. It also comes with a ruler/slap stick to keep your baking mat rolled up for storage.
