Great solution and improvement!

Item is just as described. Fits perfectly, well finished and does the trick of keeping water entering the bilge past the loose OEM cover. The cover fits perfectly on the riser, much better than the original location.

Works as it should. Solved the problem of water supply intrusion.

Solved our water in the clean out hatch issue. Easy install. This combined with ensuring clean out tray drain was fully operational was the solution. Our drain was kinked allowing water to pool in the tray and then enter thru access port hatch.
