JD Fire Wick Covers - Each

Unhappy with a resolution but happy with the customer service

I ordered 6 plain covers for my Dragon. The next day they contacted me to let me know they had run out of the plain ones, but they offered me an "upgrade" by sending me 2 patterned covers instead. To be honest, I wasn’t completely happy with the change because I preferred all of them to be plain, and having 4 plain and 2 patterned ones looks a bit odd. However, it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and do their best to make things right. That’s exactly why one imperfect order isn’t going to stop me from buying from them again. Their products are excellent quality, and they’re a company I trust.
