Mini Corn Bread Loaves

These are great! Please be aware that they are sweeter and more cake like in texture in case you’re expecting a shorter, southern style cornbread cooked in a skillet. I happen to like them a lot and they great with greens, soup, or gumbo/red beans and rice, etc.

They are great ,just not worth 2.25 each tini loaf and there are only 4 not 5 ,like shown in the picture
