The shoes are very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I initially ordered a half size larger than what I needed. The exchange process was incredibly difficult. Never the less, the folks at Sebago eventually got me what I needed. I do recommend ordering a half size smaller than what you normally would. They have a return process but exchange is challenging on the web interface.
Still, the team responded very quickly to all email and did make everything right. Great customer service team!
