mat was amazing, shipping was late and confusing

The mat itself is amazing, and the packaging was great. The coaster, stickers, tube, and bag all had real premium feel to it. Also the mat is very thick, but my Logitech powerplay mat has no trouble charging my mouse through it. Also it is waterproof, and the couple times I have sloshed liquid on it, it beads nicely on the surface. Now for why I can’t give this 5 stars, it was the e shipping. It took over double the quoted time, and keep sending me “your item is going to be delivered today” notices, when it was in fact still in another state. I just know USPS ground or media rate would have been faster than the shipping used. Also it appeared one company ha contracted with a second company, so I had to go through a minimum of 2 websites to figure out the location of my package. The shipping was bad enough I reached out to support, and was told the shipping is not our problem. As in if you don’t get your package or it’s late, you have to take that up with the shipping company directly.

Made a mistake got it tho I like it it feels so nice have to get used to but once u do you’ll like it really nice color and design
