MINI iDrive Update + Apple CarPlay Fullscreen

These guys have recently updated my Mini NBTEvo_E from iD4 to iD6 and I’m absolutely delighted!
I was massively nervous beforehand, having read about restarts and NBTEvo_E/earlier models not being able to be updated, but I can only assume that if it’s done by a professional, it makes all the difference. Communication was precise and I followed the instructions sent to me carefully, as well as a few extra/obvious (although it didnt occure to me!) ChatGPT tips (make sure pc won’t sleep etc.) and done! Once finished, waited 15 minutes, while the car sorted itself out and then connected my phone. Was delighted to see that my unit actually has a wifi antennae already, so no need to pull it out (As mine is one of the earliest units, hopefully later ones will have one too). A little restart during/after phone connection and it has been solid ever since - upto around 6hrs driving time now. Very, very pleased and recommend bimmer-remote without hesitation. Thank you!
