Engine update

I recently sandblasted and used Por 15 engine rust preventative system and engine enamel. Im very happy with the system and the paint. It appears to be long lasting, but only time will tell!

MY SUGGESTIONS

I used the gray rust preventative and the engine paint is the Chevrolet blue. I have painted at least five coats and the blue has not completely covered the gray yet. I still have 3/4 of a can of blue to complete the job. It is being applied to a VW four cylinder engine. I am thinking I wished I had sprayed the paint but masking would have bee a nightmare.

Good product BUT late shipping

The product is very good. great color, durability, and ease of application. However, ordering from the website delayed my project by two weeks due to delayed shipment and lack of communication. Had I I known in advance that the items would not be shipped 7 days after I ordered, I would have used a different product.
