Seemingly DOA
Plant arrived with half of the leaves brown and/or wilting. Two days later, all leads were brown and wilting. Two days after that all leaves dropped off the plant. A couple of weeks later, still no signs of life. We even purchased a meter to monitor soil moisture and light, but no positive results as of yet.

A much appreciated birthday gift
The little tree arrived promptly and in good condition. The packaging was very professional. I promptly repotted the fig and found that the roots were well-developed, but not potbound. I am optimistic that it will thrive in its new home.
