EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a little trouble with my Rx. They phoned me to see how I was adjusting to my prescription. When I explained I wasn’t sure how I felt, I was offered a whole new pair of glasses or a full refund. I took the new pair and they they’re perfect. Hip Optical was incredible to work with!
