I’ve got this bag for the first time over 18 years ago - always worked perfectly but in the last few years the outer shell was getting sticky. Customer support gave me multiple option to fix it and it worked, but than i figured i could invest a bit for another 18 years of perfectly workibg tool… so super happy with the kindness and patience shown by the team, and i think i’ve already mentioned about the 18 years lasting of the bag right? Need anything more?? Simply perfect!!

Diablo Red Boblbee 25L Backpack Replacement Shell

Whilst the new shell took a while to get to me... I do live overseas in the Middle East!. My old Shell went brittle and the matt effect went incredibly sticky so I thought it was time to get it sorted. The order process was really easy and despite where I live it arrived in good time and it was very well packaged. I've now removed and replaced the old shell with the amazing new Diablo Red one, the contrast with the black looks brilliant, I can't wait to use it again. Many Thanks :)
