Poor worksmanship

I was really excited thinking this would be the perfect gift for my best man. Unfortunately I did not receive any confirmation of the images before they were made and mailed to me, which the website product page stated that someone would contact me. The image etched onto the glass did not turn out well. Hard to tell what the image is exactly, as part of it was scraped off. I have reached out to customer service and i have not heard back from anyone. Overall, I was not satisfied with the product or service that I received. Would not purchase again and would not recommend to anyone.

Pictures on the cup are hard to see and not near as bright and easy to see as they pictures they have on the website.
