Works Great!

I used for the first time on my Christmas Standing Rib Roast and it worked to perfection! The only thing I’ll note is that the instructions state that medium rare is 135 for beef and my recipe site stated 115, I went with 114 and let my roast rest for 15 minutes and it was a perfect medium rare. The thermometer worked just as stated, but be aware that what the instructions state might be different from a given recipe.
