Truffle Mousse

Perfect blend, delicious with Triscuit!

I could not share my photos as what hasn’t been eaten is in the freezer. The lamb Merguez is the best. The pate is delicious!

The pâté is smooth, fragrant and delicious. There is a layer of fatty gel on top which makes it even more delicious. I spread it on French baguette and sprinkled a little salt and pepper, added a cup of hot black coffee and had a delicious breakfast! I hope Fabriques Délices will keep the flavor of this pâté with chicken liver and truffle forever. I also like the convenient small packaging, enough for 2 people.
