An amazing tool and great experience.

Playing on this board feels awesome, and just having it around makes people curious about learning the game of Go. The magnet "stick" is very satisfying, and the materials are quality. I do wish the board was less yellow and more "wooden" in color though. And I expected the back of the board to be upside down so that I could just flip it along the horizontal axis to use the other side. That's a minor inconvenience but feels like maybe it was design flaw or a misprint. Besides those things, I am really really happy to have this board and use it for teaching/workshops/go club. I'd call it a game changer for sure if you're someone who wants to make the game more accessible when it comes to explaining concepts to groups of people.

The second package arrived and there were issues with it as well. Something catastrophic must have happened during shipping. The box was torn open and re taped together. Most of the nuts and bolts were missing. I bent the go board straight again. It's now usable but still damaged. A trip to the hardware store and some zip ties allowed me to assemble the frame. Some of the black stones were shattered but that was resolved with a little super glue. Update: The seller did contact me and they shipped a replacement go board within a week. Now, I'm very happy with outcome. Thank you for sticking with this and ensuring my issues were resolved. I'm glad that I was able to get a working setup out of this, but as it stands, I can't give a positive feedback for this experience. Since I haven't heard from you, I will file a claim to UPS myself.
