8" Chef's Knife

Beautiful slick knife. Very sharp blade that nonetheless appears to be “flimsy” when compared to German or Japanese counterparts. Will see how it holds up over time with usage and sharpening.

Feels good in hand and it looks nice. My only complaint is it needed sharpening. It wasn’t nearly sharp enough in its shipped state. However, the feel is good and it might be my most comfortable knife to use.
