Fulfills their purpose.
I have never encountered a bra with straps that never fall. No matter how well they fit, they loosen and slip eventually. Even the straps of Snag's Comfort bra, which is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, slip sometimes (just a lot less than others). These absolutely do stop that, but they are kind of an eyesore when wearing a more open shirt, and the silicone material irritates my skin in prolonged use. Still, I'm happy to have them.
